All Sales Are Final; No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales made through our store are final, so please double check your size and address. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased unless otherwise explicitly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

If an item arrives defective, please take photos and and let us know within 7 days of delivery at contact@betterclimatestore.com and we will do our best to send a replacement, however we cannot guarantee due to limited quantities of our items.  See our full Terms of Service for more.
